2 ALTEZZA TURBO..........................!!?

TRUST Bolt on kit


Comes with E-manage.......but you need to tune..

This week we did 2 TOYOTA ALTEZZA TURBO tune..........................one with F-con Vpro(boost controller), another one was TRUST bolt on kit!!

Both of them are similar mod, Car no 1:...TRUST bolt on kit......comes with turbo kit and E-manage.
And car No2, with F-con has boost controller, fuel pump, injector for extra boost...

Result......... 140kw, 0.4bar from TRUST bolt on kit(no boost controller), and 155kw0.7bar from F-con version.

Easy power from bolt on turbo kit!! (Standard is around 100 kw at wheel only!(*_*)')

Feel different car now!!

EVO5 BOOST UP with V-CON Vpro

This black EVO 5 turn up for tune.......................this car has full exhaust system, airfilter&pipe, boost controller(EVC), fuel pump, exmani and external wastegate...
Well this call proper boost up..............................all engine parts are stock standard!!


External wastergate and piping looks good!!



Tune with HKS F-con.............this car came with F-con Vpro, ver 3.20



Power with 2 boost setting.

low and high boost.

Result:..............Over 230kw ar four wheel, 1.45 bar of boost..............................Very good result!!!
Without Airflow meter.....................you can get more power????

SECOND HAND F-CON.................

We tuned a lots of second hand F-con Vpro so far...lots of them!!..........................but some of them were not working!!??


If you want to make sure..............just bring it over...... we can check for you before you buy !!
If you can get cheap.............Just grasp it!!!! (only gold one please!!!)

Just compare before and after.......................................this turbo kit is designed for up to 0.8bar(this turbo is good responce)...so 118kw gain at wheel....................160PS at wheel...............at engine.................about180PS!!??

Today's job was proper boost up for EVO8..............................F-con version!!

Menu................

HKS f-con Vpro(harness, map sensor, air tem sensor, sensor harness)

TRUST boost controller spec B

Fuel pump relay...

And good spark pulgs

The car has full exhaust system, air filter, and blow off valve.

No more air flow.............bye-bye!!

Gold box does work!!!

Result.....................225kw at four wheel 1.45bar of boost........210kw 1.1bar.

This is just a beginning!!!??

CLUTCH PROBLEM........PULSAR

Something wrong..........can't disengage........well drop the gear box and find out.................!!

looks bit doggy......rebuilt but.....height is too low and disk is too thin!!! wrong clutch maybe???
need to replace to........................proper one. of course!!


clean and wash gear box!!


choose Exedy sports package!!(not including flywheel but....machined)

We put these pinky?? Exedy sports package clutch kit $779+GST....... not but for this quality!! easy to drive..............good!!

This car turned up for tune..........................looks GTR.....So we almost put front hab dyno??? Tune with power F/C D-jetro......so no air flow................ looks well made intercooler piping but bit too small??? 280kw 1.15bar..........need bit more power???
