This car is going to be very nice looking .......before that..... need to tune?!!

Look decent build, however many trouble came up when we started ....Not enough power to fuel pump.......Rusty fuel tank, fuel pump was half blocked,......intercooler pipe was leaking...etc etc .

Spent almost a half day to solved out these problems and finally we can start to tune.!!!yay

However!!!...when we reached just over 200kw....the clutch was slipping.....


Well, almost!!! But I think that this car will be nice looking after the paint job.

We already have many troubles with copy wheels, but here is the testing video......Would you still want to go for copy one???

EVO6 with EVO9turbo

If you can get EVO9 stock turbo....This is good upgrade for early EVOs, and maybe cheaper??!!


This evo6 was tuned with almost stock last time(with power FC), got just over 200kw at wheel.


And this time...the car has EVo9 stock turbo, injector and camshaft&pulleys. The engine is still stock (put bolt on camshaft but).


We tuned up to 1.6(1.4 at end) bar of boost, big gain from stock evo6 turbo.


Reasonable 245kw at 1.5 bar of boost, however remarkable things is that full boost at below 3500rpm!! still very good response!!

When this BMW turn up, sound bit different from normal?! V8 sound!

V8 four cam 32 valve!!!???WTF!!! But engine room look very normal? This is very good job!!!


Anyway we started tune this car but, unfortunately!!? run with OLD LINK ECU G1!!!.....cannot really trust but.....


Well this Toyota v8 WTF? engine made 196 kw at wheel at end, good result, it's started from 150kw at wheel.

Hopefully... ECU working good!!???

ORANGE STI...

This orange GDB came for tuning with some trouble!!!.......stock engine with..

TRUST T67 turbo... (it's gonna be bit laggy)....and run with Autronic ECU. The boost is control from Autronic ECU but it wasn't working!!.....But Lucky!!! Good timing !!! Autronic master was here and ask him to fix it??!!

within few minutes!!!....he fixed it and we can start tune this car...Thank you very much!!!

Result..over 255kw at four wheel 1.45bar of boost! not but all from stock engine!

SUPER MINT FC3S with TO4Z

This super mint FC3s was tuned with Garrett GT 28 turbo, and today turn up with.....


This lager HKS to4Z turbo......



Still super mint engine room!!

The power band was gone bit higher, but full boost at(1.3 bar) 4000rpm.
We were going to crank bitch up till 1.7 bar.....but...injector was leaking. So..... today's result...345kw at 1.3 bar of boost.

A31 CEFORO RB30 with 25DET head

This A31 Cefiro turn up for tuning....... Forged internal,Garrett 3540 turbo, 550cc injector, fuel pump, and LINK G3 ECU!

We had a little trouble with fuel system.....(pump) but after replace to Bosh(044), this car made over 370kw at wheel 1.45 bar of boost....However injector was max...so set for 355 kw at 1.3 bar of boost.

R33GTS-T LINK G4....

It's getting popular...this set up. RB25DET, Garrett turbo and LINK G4....We've done.....many car so far......

This car has stock engine with , 700cc injector, pump, front mount, and LINKG4 ECU.

From this set up, we can expect 280`300kw at wheel???

Yap, this car made over 300kw at wheel 1.1bar of boost.........but......engine has done over 115000k..........so....set boost 280kw at 1 bar......bitch is getting old...... don't wanna upset!!!???


After changed NVCS point,

power curve is mint!!!(yellow to Red)
