TOYOTA UTE with 1JZ SINGLE TURBO!!

Every day　we see interesting cars.................

And Today.....TOYOTA Hilux Ute with.........IJZ single turbo .

Stock engine with Garrett GT30 turbo...with EMS Stinger ECU...

We started tune without boost controller (switch off) as usual.........however..my expectation was....right unfortunately?!!!

This waste gate38 mm was too small for this set up..........and the design of manifold that attach to gate was bit odd(*_*)""""""""""

Looks only two cylinder get gas to extract.............as you can see......the boost started from 1 bar.and sky locket to.........bye-bye....

We set rev limit to 5500rpm till it fix, but already over 260 kw ride!.......fix the problem and try again.....!!!

S13 RB30 with LINK G4

This RBpowerd S13 turn up for tune today.....stock bottom end, head gasket, camshaft?, 550cc, and LINK G4 version 4.81!! New one!!

Tidy engine room.!!!

This turbo TO4E? was good mach with 3liter engine?!!!.....full boost at 3500rpm 1.2bar of boost....However...at top end...bit out of puff.

TO4E?....working still very hard!!!

And Newest LINK G4 software...looks more bling!!!!

We spent almost whole day.... but the result was great, over 300kw at 1.25bar....over650nm torque at engine!!!! wanna try with bit lager turbo!!! ......next time!
