EVO9 wagon...with ECU FLASH




This EVO9 came for ECU FLASH tune.


Stock engine, boost controller, fuel pump. Before we tune....power check first...215kw at wheel1.5 bar of boost...and we found the mixture is lean out at top end...pump has changed but.




As usual...the power to the fuel pump wasn't enough(10V at end!!?)...rewired with relay and started to tune.


Normally.. with this spec, the power will be 230~240kw at wheel..but this car has TOMEI EXTREAM dump and front pipe system...made bit extra!!!



Before and after tune....



250 kw at wheel at 1.6 bar of boost.(The stock injector was max at 1.6 bar of boost!)

Not bud at all!!!! quick station wagon!!!

2.6 to 2.8......STEP UP.!!


This car was previously tuned with 2.6 liter engine.
Spec was RB2.6 with forged piston, injector, pump, camshaft, GT turbo, and power FC.


In this time...change internal to TOMEI 2.8(86.5mm piston), ECU to F-con V-pro. Simply..... these change made .............


AFK is useful...set knock retard!!

Big different.........




Engine block is still standard 05U so 1.5 bar max, better response, more torque, and over 420kw(more than 30kw at wheel gain) at wheel.

Need this sort of power for R34 body!!!

BMW V8......


Today this BMW M3 race car for tuning..............V8 4.4Liter, Autronic ECU, etc etc


Looks very aggressive !!!



Interesting things is that this engine has 8 trumpets....sound very nice...


And this elephant nose look like air intake made good improvement with torque....mixture gone leaner so may be good airflow!!



Made over 325kw at wheel.....around 485hp at engine....NA power!!!












AFTER MARKET COILPACK.......


Common trouble for R34GTR....coil pack(ignition coil)...But....
Factory coilpack is too dare!!??........ and use Spritfire still dare!!??....I think OK!...still cheaper than NISSAN genuine parts......but this guy wanted something more cheaper....


Yellow....insted of black or blue......................result......2 out of 6 had fail within a couple hours....
Okay.....we put another factory one back then! so far......so good!!

4AG ENGINE.......GONE(*_*)

Got terrible noise from engine after went to race track............sounds like bearing but.may be another problem too?

This engine from AE86 stock body, NA1600cc no oil sump baffle,oil cooler , no fuel sarge tank.....basically normal body with high performance engine.....

As we expected.......

NO4 big end bearing is gone......



Head is looks okay..but there is the sign of detonation........

According to the driver....it's happened end of the session...... with bit drifting!!????



It's seems not only oil sarge......but.....fuel too!!!??


Next engine will be more power..........look for good oil sump.!!!

Yellow Silvia Garrett GT3037


This yellow S15 turn up for tune...................


This car has forged engine internal, camshaft, and Garrett 3037, 0.63 exhaust housing.
We know HKS 3037 will make 330~350kw at wheel, but today, we will find out with Garrett.



This turbo is better responce than HKS(full boost at 4500 rpm ), however the boost is dropping a bit at top end. For more top end power.....go for HKS!

Result over 310kw at wheel 1.65 bar of boost......This set up.....cost performance is good?!!!
