RB25DET NVCS!


Many people remove NISSAN VVT system........why?? Because you wanna fit adjustable cam gear to get more power or looks good.......... ?
Especially if you have single turbo like this car.......Better to leave this good system.





(The spec of this engine internal is fully stock)
As you can see two graph..higher line is on and another line is off!!! just instant power and torque gain.



If you have decent ECU, you can even change intercept point to improve power and torque that suit for your set up.(ECU such as HKS,LINK,Power FC etc.)







Same thing happen to SR20DET motor as well........what how about HONDA??...ho.HONDA has more better system this is just basic....on off system!! la....!!

Today's tune.......this s14.


Forged internal with power Fc D-jetro set up!......We had a bit issue with boost control(minimum 1.6 bar?? of boost)....need to change wastegate to lager 50mm!


Finally we've got result over 280kw at wheel 1.4 bar of boost......wanted try over 1.5 bar getting bit smokey but!....However more problem!!! clutch is slipping!.....Yap more money!!!



























AE86 with CA18DET............and LINK G4


So far, we saw AE86 with many engine conversion.....3S,SR20, 2JZ,F20c, etc etc!!

And today we had CA18 version.....




The engine size is almost same as 4AG, however this engine made for turbo....strong! and still small and short too?!




This car has ...CA18DET, internal, camshaft?, gasket, plenum, 550?cc, pump, Garrett 2860(small turbo)and LINK G4 storm ECU.



The car made over 230kw just over 1.25 bar of boost. The weight of this car is only 980kg, so more than enough power to handle? But I think this combination is the best so far!!!




I wanna this one!!!

This R32GTS-T with RB25 turn up for tune.......RB25DET stock engine, injector, pump, Chinese Turbo? and LINK G4 ECU
Nealy every day..........we do tune LINK now........




Result....270kw at wheel 1.15 bar of boost............This time.....the China turbo was working!


SUPRA with LINK G4




Today we tuned SUPRA JZA80 with LINK G4...few month ago we tuned SUPRa with Vpec ECU this time.....latest LINK G4!



I do not know what's size of this turbo, but the resonse is not too but.




Fully Stock engine, turbo and ECU!!


The result....380kw at 1.4 bar of boost......change camshaft and get 400kw mark???

NISMO will release GT race car......Price.....JUST????... JPN¥32,000,000........
looks very nice(look like RC model car)but this is.....REAL!!
2WD, 6speed sequential, etc etc....just out of box......GT race car!!!
