POWER FC CONTROL WITH TD05 hair dryer

Today, we had a HONDA Integra DC2 with TD05 turbo charged engine for tune. Engine has never started, freshly rebuild with forged piston con rod etc...

We started with run in mode on dyno for 30min, stopped, drain the oil, check everything, and started to tune.............

Amazing motor..................... 220kw at 0.85bar.......240kw at 1 bar........267kw at wheel 1.2bar of boost.....still going.............How much boost can standard block and gasket holed??!

I think better stop for today..............It's enough?????

This concrete mixer carrier is getting tired(may be mixing too much concrete!!), making noise from body.


Owner of this car is not happy with putting jungle gym inside car, So we decided to put something under the vehicle.


Amazing, noise is less, feel firm, handling is better too.................shall I put some more...........no..maybe too heavy....(**)'

When you are driving in night time with your 32GTR, Do you feel 100%?????? I mean brightness of your head light. Diving on the country road, I can't even see rabbit and possums. Too dark!!
Solution....................... HID............well I have tried, but.............. almost the same(><)' TRY N1 head light or GTS -T head light(need to make a bracket for grill),......Not enough???........... Plus HID kit will be invincible!!? No more possum damage?? or more??? N1 head light pars No..........................B6060-05u15, B6010-05u15 enjoy(^_^)

In this time, car owner found the ultimate solution.......................carbon fiber one piece drive shaft.

How much weight loss.....................well 14.2kg to 7.0kg.....half.....

But....he's got very heavy invoice.(><)'

Hope............. some horsepower gain as well.??

BOOST

Every body's interest, how much power will gain from 2.8liter stroke kit? we had a car with single turbo(k27) set up and just changed bottom end.

We tuned with same boost(1.38bar), and see what's gonna happen?
Well result is obvious, gained power, torque in whole range and boost comes bit earlier. Acceleration is better in low to mid rpm.

However,..........The cost$$$................and you may need N1 block (standard is easy to crack).

You think it's worth?????.......................Up to you!!!???
