This is the noise we don't want to hear.................big end bearing?? Anyway we drop engine and opened it.................................As we expected?? NO4 big end bearing is gone(*_*)?? (to somewhere??!!)

Set almost same boost.

Today we tuned EVO7 with 2.2l engine, stock turbo, external, bigger injector, pump, and power FC AFM type.

We stated with stock fuel system first .............but can't handle it(*_*)" MAX 1.1bar...........no way!!
So change to 800cc injector and 265L/h pump. And crank b**** UP!!!

Result....................over 250kw at four wheel, 1.55 bar of boost.!! However.............turbo is running out of puff!!..............................So turbo next???

Today we tuned AE111 levin with TRUST e-manage.............bit worry before I tune......Because e-manage??!!
Anyway this engine has TODA piston, cam, FGK exmani, muffler, ARC air box etc still 1.6 liter!!!......AND TRUST e-manage.
When I stated tune....................as I expected??......................computer is not responding??....
ok usual solution.........change laptop??....................working!!!

Adjust mixture, i/g timing and cam timing .............................very impressive result.........120kW at wheel!!! ..............................................computer was good boy this time??? Is it depends on the mood???.............................Maybe....Yes!!
