Today, we did bit mod for SUZUKI.......................not for SWIFT.............this motor bike...600cc engine....4 into 1 exhaust mani from factory but.......

This valve is controlling noise and emission?? And after this valve, big catalytic converter is blocking ??before main muffler!! Anyway try to make some improvement..... Try to make straight pipe and remove this valve...............................This guy found You Tube video how to remove valve........

All computerize even? motorbike.............wander whether we can tune this ECU or not?

OS 3LITER WITH T88 IN AUS

Just came back from Australia for tuning,................One of the powerful car was R32 with OS 3liter kit with T88......... Simple engine room.........no A/C, no P/S and big single throttle... Still drivable on street!??

We started tune without boost controller..but minimum boost was 1.8 bar on wastegate spring...So low1.8bar and high..1.9bar??........injector is almost......finished!??

Impressive over 710kw at wheel..............almost 1200PS at flywheel..................

Engine has forged internal. with factory camshaft, 1000cc injector(bit too big), and Power FC D-jetro................This engine has previously tuned to 430kw but to laggy and too much power??..

Change exhaust housing to 0.6 and tune.......................over ***kw.........(-_-)"""

Still too much?!!............but better response tho.........................Even boost controller off......320kw........But sounds good!!!!

WE"VE GOT ONE!! FOR 35!! ....bit relief??

Finally we've got diagnostic machine for R35GTR.....................Waiting for long time??

We can diagnosis vehicle and also cancel warning light, active test and some adjustment.

AFTER CAR WASH.... cannot move!??

I was reading Japanese GTR forum one day talking about R35GTR..............................
One guy was saying that after car wash, his car couldn't move at all....... and he have to call NISSAN for help to tow the car and fix!
Anyway, detail is that after wash, he wipe the car and park for over night and start engine, try to move the car but.........brake pad was stuck with disk rotors.......................I was laughing about this....cannot be happen....stupid...damn ass......(*_*)

But................It happen to me....damn car!!!!


Fortunately We washed car inside our workshop.......and wasn't big issue.......BUT Still!!
Talk to a couple friend in Japan about this incident, they say it's getting common in Japan and sometimes customers have to pay for that........................Stupid!!! Because of high compound pad material, get rust so fist and stick with disk in short time.

But..................If you wash your R35, after wash, drive around till it all dry up...........Otherwise it gonna be a big drama.!!

WATER LEAK SUBARU (*_*)'

Water leak from engine??.............................This problem is getting common for SUBARU engine ..................old!?
One of the common problem is this water pipe.....under the intake manifold!! So this mean manifold have to come out(*_*)'

already like a jungle!

This pipe has two holes........better go for braided line??..............

If you do not maintain coolant............this is the consequences!!

Doing EVO today...........another problem!!(>_<)'
