SERVICE TIME FOR DYNO .............!

For last 5 years................. this Dyna pack machine did over 1000 cars........Tuning, power check, 4wd check, A/F ratio,etc etc.... time for full service!!....We do not know how much power this machine has measured ......... but some parts need to be replaced........


Like this hub adapter spline is getting weared.........time to change..........4 of them!!

We do a lots of GTRs...........that's why!!!..

SERVICE TIME...............

We do service for normal vehicle as well......if we have a time?? Oil, break, clutch, fluid change etc,etc.........this basic maintenance is very important for all cars....... And today this car turn up for service but just oil change...... but we found oil leak from...converter seal!!! and front crank seal..................."i don't use this car next few days, you fix it"......(*_*)"""""Yes boss!! @(*_*)@""""""

Another surprise is this black (cockroach alike) R32GTR......................We've been look after this creature few years now, but we didn't expected that much from this creature.....
Still stock body............over 1500kg........Yes fat ass........heavy.......... no carbon or lighten parts...





So we put big hairdryer inside roach and crank bitch up.........angry bitch did 58 second at Puke........BIG surprise!!....


This roach has nothing special.....most of parts are off the shelf.......
But almost retire??......
Roach is getting tired??!!.....no...still going.......

THE BOX HAS A POTENTIAL!!

This NISSAN box has a SR20DET.....................not from factory of course!
And came for DYNO TUNE!!??? ....................

Well the ECU is LINK old version.....Do not know which version but look at software.....Just basic............So we did just basic tune....not even boost controlled.

Result.......over 150kw at wheel at wheel......0.45bar of boost....... Feeling is bit strange...when you drive this box.......Because nobody is expecting power from this S*** box even low boost, but has a potential!!

UNUSUAL CARS!!!!??

Last few weeks was extremely busy.......................didn't even have a time for this.........yes?? excuse!?.......

Now we've got time to do some unusual cars .................such as this s*** box..........
SR20DET with old LINK ECU,..........................It's gonna be a nightmare..........
next few days...........maybe......I'm sick.........

CEFIRO........STILL ON ACTIVE!??

Not many sedan or saloon cars on Dyno for tune, but today we got this standard look Cefiro......1990' almost 20years old......time to retire.......old man........But when we started tune, this old man was getting angry...... grumpy old man.....

Very interesting shape intake...........factory engine with Garrett turbo.........Microtech ECU...(-_-)''

Struggling on the beginning but......finally got figure....over 325kw at wheel...16.5psi.....

Not but all...........................however.....this ecu maybe not suit for the Cefiro......I think.

NISMO INTAKE PLENUM..............

There are few aftermarket intake manifold, but which one do the job?!


NISMO has 700cc more capacity......and each branch is 25.3mm longer.




When we use factory plenum with high boost, there is issue with air distribution to each cylinders.
From what we found(for long time), No5 , No6 cylinders get more air flow than the other 4 cylinders.
Using good ECU will help this problem, but there is the limit even from ECU tune(especially for track use)!??
So we need to close look at these two plenum, what is the difference between two.(prices is big!! first)
Using NISMO plenum seems to fix the problem so far...........than others.....



NISMO plenum has funnel on each cylinders.....And there is spare hole for extra injectors!??
Not cheap but.

Worth it!!!!!

STEP 1..................SUZUKI???

Today, we did bit mod for SUZUKI.......................not for SWIFT.............this motor bike...600cc engine....4 into 1 exhaust mani from factory but.......

This valve is controlling noise and emission?? And after this valve, big catalytic converter is blocking ??before main muffler!! Anyway try to make some improvement..... Try to make straight pipe and remove this valve...............................This guy found You Tube video how to remove valve........

All computerize even? motorbike.............wander whether we can tune this ECU or not?

OS 3LITER WITH T88 IN AUS

Just came back from Australia for tuning,................One of the powerful car was R32 with OS 3liter kit with T88......... Simple engine room.........no A/C, no P/S and big single throttle... Still drivable on street!??

We started tune without boost controller..but minimum boost was 1.8 bar on wastegate spring...So low1.8bar and high..1.9bar??........injector is almost......finished!??

Impressive over 710kw at wheel..............almost 1200PS at flywheel..................
