Get started...... and on dyno, but this time only for run in.................

This car turn up for inspection for export............ to.........................somewhere in South Africa....
We look around car top to bottom........found some rusty parts......Need to fix? for their inspection??.........Anyway we will fix it.....It doesn't look nice GTR got rusty parts.....





And the owner requested to install F-con Vpro for further modification........Ok, I will do it but....


When the computer need to another tune..........Anyone can tune F-con in South Africa??? or Do I need to go??....... If so...Do I need to

be a Brave man??

Looks bling but......

We install full exhaust for R35GTR ................................this time..HKS.....but....sound.......(*_*)""""""""".....................noisy...and.....NG to me!!

So far no one make good sound exhaust.....need to try some other muffler...... can't be help??? because of engine??!! someone???

THE POWER OF R35 GTR

We have been doing many import R35GTR...modify, service etc. Today another one turn up for ...modify..This car will be more than 100ps gain at engine.....but before we do something..

Power check............we normally do power check with fully factory set up before modify.

Including this car, the power is within 5kw at wheel. 297KW~302KW so far.
"Good quality controll NISSAN"........only for this vehicle???!! wasn't that good before!!

This car made 301kw at wheel...full factory.... no mod!!

CELICA GT4......................with power FC

Not may of Celica GT4 aroud now....may be befor too....?!

Celica GT4.................... this car turned up for tuning.......looks normal from outside but....

Looks serious engine bay........this car has external gate setup with APEXi power fc......We cannot get Power FC for this car any more.........."precious"!!!

Started to tune........but feel very heavy....wonder how much power loss from drive train......maybe over 25%??..............

Result over 240kw at four wheel 1.4bar of boost.............. over 420hp at engine I recon...good result!!

TWIN TURBO EXTENTION..............

The idea is good but result is terrible.................There are many types of turbo extension (dump)pipe.....The purpose to change to this pipe is... let exhaust gas and pressure out more efficiently, Yes Most of Japanese parts are working good. However there are many copies.....



Like this twin pipe extension .............We tested without boost controller and run......the boost start from 0.5 bar(which is actuator preload) and end up....1.3 bar...........exhaust pressure build up at end...........worster than factory pipe.........minimum boost 1.3?
They are cheap...but you need to replace to another one.....wasted....



Be careful with these type.......From our test, Big single type (such as HPI or TOMEI) made more torque and better response than twin...... even better than HKS twin type......(same result for RB engine as well)..................

This AE86 turn up for tuning...............................................stock AE101 motor but running bit rough, hard to start etc etc....Can be improve from tune?............

After struggling few hours.....................the car running nicer and almost 15kw gain..........But stock engine still.......slow....responce and power.....

Thank you very much for coming all the way from Hastings for tuning....... It was very impressive power from stock(only piston) engine.........over 230kw ....Good job!!!

HKS NEW 2.8KIT

HKS has just released RB28kit.....all made in Japan and super response than previous model!
And cheaper than TOMEI!!?

Also this kit can use factory conrod( you can buy conrod less kit)!! Besides you can choose two piston size 86.5mm and 87mm!! Don't need N1 block??!!

We've got new fuel regulator from Japan........let's compare with SARD one

Almost identical, except color and sticker....looks same as Tomei one's......Made in Japan but almost 20% cheaper!!! Because no sticker and ....box is solid.....

And another item is HKS 2530turbo for RB26, this turbo has new intake housing, and also bit improved at top end power. But big different is turbo comes with HKS heavy duty actuator(old model didn't come with).

This turbo is still best mach with Rb motors I recon, but price is still heavy duty as well!!
