Engine Rebuilt.........

Nasty!!

For water hammer engine, the owner decided to rebuilt ( in this case just a repair) with using all stock parts.

So... we use factory piston, rod,crank, head around etc. But should I use metal gasket??

New sleeve is in, but cannot see good job!! And Piston looks new!

Run the bigend bearing..............look at oil......never change!!?? cost more than oil to fix haha!!

OVER 150K...still making power!

This S15 has just change turbo to GT2871R.....similar to HKS GT-RS. However this vehicle has done 150,000k on the clock...............bit worry but......got head gasket and well maintenance.




So....crank B***H up time???





From beginning of the tuning session, I felt that this engine is still go strong!!! Scary b***h!

Result....over 270kw at rear wheel, 1.45 bar.....keep going up but don't wanna upset B***h, so it's may be enough!??

And this looks familiar EVO made a another big power........

This morning, we've got car at our car park.....Maybe..
Somebody tow 80 Supra last night..........can't move............clutch is not working...........

Drop gear box off anyway......and we found the problem, BUT

This little parts made a big trouble.............clutch bearing& sleeve.............can't fix it, need to be changed to brand new TOYOTA parts.........................sleeve and bearing set.......over$850+G.S.T!!! Just bearing and sleeve !!!

What? you wanna put twin plate?!!! OK......Check the price, how much ?................................(*_*)""""I can't move now....Total cost going to be$$$.

This car is heavy, but parts cost is super heavy!!

You need a super deep pocket to run this b***h!!!

And this white R32GTR just arrived from Japan.......stock engine and got a Power FC.

Just check mixture, timing etc..........................This tune is not but at all......So far one of the best tune I think......But wanna improve bit?.....

Over 280Kw at wheel...is very good result from stock engine................Straight exhaust tho......noisy!!

WATER HAMMER??.............

This black R32 turn up for...repair.......Head gasket is gone..........But How bad?......I can see water from plug hole........And...this engine is not turning easily.......Let's check it out.

We open engine, and found gasket damage, but cannot turn crank shaft easily.....something bad feeling.

And check crank shaft......................not straight(*_*)".........So this engine has been hammering water........ the end!!!

BMW RB26!??

Today, this BMW320 race car turn up for tune........................Motec ECU........But

Look at this!........What are you doing!??............where is the BMW engine gone??

Well, RB engine is very popular but don't know about this package tho....

RB26 with GT3540 hairdryer.........

We started tune...but lots of troubles...............boost, misfire, and engine cut somehow!!

We found problem and fix one by one, but took long time to find about engine cut....Total we spend almost three days......

Finally we found...........problem... main ECU!!!.....Because of location of ECU......it was on firewall, but just behind the turbo......too much heat and maybe cook something inside??paint is burned around there!

Anyway we have a good result!!......over 400kw(550hp) at raer wheel 1.5 bar of boost.........Maybe too much??!

EVO3 with LINK PLUG IN

Evo week is still continuing...........................!?


Today we tryed with LINK G4 plug in ECU.....................This is plug in........Yes, no muck around!!!

Still you need to set air temp sensor and wire.....but not big deal??(once get use to!!?)

Inboard Map sensor is up to 1.5 bar,,,,,,,if you wanna crank b**** up....need to get extra sensor..But in this case use inboard sensor......engine is still factory set up.

This ECU is well developed and easy to set and tune ........don't know about price..How much???

SUPRA F-CON and Z33 CLUTCH......

Supra JZA80 VVTi engine!!

Today's job..........JZA80 Supra VVTi engine with F-con tune....................Made good power from just F-con and full exhaust, no boost controller only 1.22 bar...un..........need one more kick!!Just look around engine room..............And this black box is very doubtful!!

This car still has factory(lunch box alike) air box.............un.....Take big lunch box off and see what's gonna happen!?

Over 15kw gain at wheel!! just remove lunch box....over 300kw at wheel.......but injector...almost finished!! Any other restrictions???

And Z33 clutch slipping......("bloody Asian driver!!??")What?? Who say that??? I'm Asian too!!! Dick head!?

Takes bit time to install Defi gauges, but looks always nicer!!
