R35GTR....ECU TUNE??!!

Well, after the trans mission update why don't we do the engine ecu as well!!?

This procedure is smiler to ECU flash, but bit complicated. But still NISSAN?!!

Doing tuning as a job, wanna do myself things like this!??

Again the process will take 3~4 hours to do,

This time we try speed and boost cut only....................Still cheaper than buying small box!!??

Next .........gearbox oil change.
Hope gearbox oil price get cheaper...............................the oil made from gold or something!!!??

And use Scanner to check and function test....................

This scanner (my computer master's product)is more useful than Consult-III..............can do more!!!

FC RX7............STILL GOING STRONG!!

Today this FC3s turn up for tune.....................Normally I'm not keen to do concrete mixer but this car looks good build.

Fully engine rebuild, new set up, tidy engine room(important!)...no drop oil and water and Power FC to tune.

No drama at all!!! Good job!!

Good response and Power, drive like a factory setup!!?

GTR TM UPGRADE

The trouble maker R35GTR................However we are getting few solution...good news.

One common problem is transmission problem. Oil seal (above)damage, especially early model has high oil pressure set up of TM program.

And one of solution is change TM program to latest model.........2009 or V-SPEC!!??

The process will take 3~4hours to do. And this time we upgraded to V-spec data.

After the test drive.......feel bit gentle(smoother that previous). Also peace of mind!!?

2011 GTR.....

NISSAN has just announced 2011 GTR.........

New colour, more power......530ps. And they sell track edition(only race track use!!!)

Look at this interior....no carpet, racing seat, etc.......HOW MUCH???

Terrible quote throttle has gone and simple 70mm is fitted. Fit mild camshaft gave more better response and good kick.
Almost 350kw at wheel... with pump gas 1.7 bar...........good all around car!!

It's time to service our dyno, need to change oil from each pod. 65 liter each.......260liter!!!.

Another Trouble

Long time no see. Last few month, we had a very busy time excuse!!!???................anyway.

This vehicle is bringing us a lots of problem so far........This time.....can not stop engine!!!!

We had a problem with can not start before,........but this time other way around.

As you can see all light was on and cannot do anything,,,,,,.....................(*_*)""""""

We connected our diagnosis tool and check it........................................CAN communication error????

Well the car was fixed but bit scary tho......when and what is the next??????

But got engine.....to tune.








This engine has camshaft, TRUST TD06 Turbo, head gasket, and stock bottom end.

Power FC with Z32 air flow meter, 850cc Sard injectors.

M, mo, monster??............ feel bit strong than the others.!!

It's already making over 220kw....not even 0.65 bar...

Result!!

315kw at wheel 1.4 bar of boost(stock bottom end), 285kw 1.15bar....

No boost controller..........220kw 0.65bar.....

Wonder................ What's the looks going to be?? Monster look??
