After we built engine for this S13, she was tuned when after run in 2000k.







And made around390kw at wheel........And Today.....came for check up....after almost 20000km.



Just in case, set on dyno and check..................


Fully forged 2.0Liter engine, sleeved, and HKS-F-con V-pro.



We adjusted fuel little bit......However the result...............

Misfire at 6000rpm....still same spark plugs from run in.......need new one!! almost 20000k use...... but...We didn't have any(*_*)""""" well, leave it to the owner.....hehe!

So longer run in is Better???


Still 2Liter and pump gas tho.!!!

The evolution of RB26 with 2530 kai and V-cam

This R32GTR has 2.6 liter 86.5mm piston, conrod, stock crank, HKS v-cam step1, 264 ex cam,

HKS 2530kai turbo, and F-con V for engine management.

Previously this car made over 440kw at wheel.....today we change front pipe from tianium custom made to HKS front pipe.....


And change V-cam setting to more response and torque side.

Evolution still continue......!!

GSR 2.1l...Autronic super response 3500rpm 1.6 bar....... 280kw...quick!!


AE91 with 3SGT ..Power FC non grip!!


GTS-t with F-con Vpro.... super response 3000 full boost!

GTS-4 with RB26...power FC..over 300kw

And R34GTT with LINK, S13 with Power FC......

EVO9 with TOMEI ARMS TURBO>>>>>

This EVO9 had a tune with camshaft previously.....made just over 250kw.

And this time........comes with TOMEI ARMS turbo.........this turbo look almost the same with stock EVO9

Anyway...we tuned car......HOWEVER!!.........................as I expected, just over 260 kw at wheel...

This turbo is good upgrade for evo 5~7,8.........EVO9 turbo is already good enough........if you want to get more..........go for bigger one........This time....fail!(-_-)"""""

And today we had 2011 NZ new WRX for power check........hope something improved.

well, the result was much better than previous model 150kw at wheel, however.......

May be we can do something.......better!!??

How much power and boost can RB26DETT standard piston hold??



In this case, 3 out of 6 piston got cracked..... over1.4 bar( 20psi)


And engine block cracked as well.......................The engine finished!!! bye-bye

The stock engine will make power and we can put boost, however the safe zone......1.2~1.3bar of boost. Other wise 4 out of 6??!!!

BMW RB20DET..........................

This BMW with RB20 came for tune..........but wasn't only tune.....


Before we tune this car.....need to repair many stuff.....cannot even tune(exhaust, water, oil leak etc etc!!!).....took many days to get car going for tune! We can make it better...but not going to be excellent...(other wise cost too much!!!)


Finally got tuned!!




Drivable now over 220kw at wheel......was a mission!! but sound nice tho.

Just came back from Sydney world time attack.......Eiji(TAZAN) did again!!!!.....I think that the driver is big factor to get good result but also their car setting is more significant....not only power tho.

R33GTS-T......High Flow Turbo with F-con

We did simple mod......R33GTS-t with stock engine, exhaust, air filer, pump and fuel regulator and F-con V-pro.

This car has high flow turbine....but we do not know how much high!!!???

Well,simple is the best!?? the result was..
over 240kw at wheel............just 1 bar of boost!... injector is.....max!! no more..out of juice!!!maybe...next step!??
