S14 with Rb25......and F-con Vpro

This super mint S14 with Rb25DET single turbo came for tuning......


RB25DET with Garrett GT30 small version turbo? and Injector Dynamics 1000cc!


And F-con V-pro


This small GT turbo is really good responce, under4000rpm full boost(1.55bar), 3700rpm 1.2bar. This car made over 335kw at wheel........1,2,3gear....no grip!!!!

Stock engine with GT-SSturbo???.....

And Bosh fuel pump...............just fit?!!

This car use 95 octane petrol.......(may be not suppose to) but up to 1.1 bar of boost...made almost 280kw at wheel.!!! Need 98petrol and cam pulleys......over 300kw!!

And some DICKHEAD brake in at our car park.......IN DAYTIME!!!unbelievable!! Dick!!

Boost.....

Better responce and good torque!(this turbo is only NZ$1000), so far best matching with stock RB25DET!

Injector is max at 300kw mark so.....safe to run 1 bar boost around 285~290kw.

Worth it!!

Cheap parts...........

Day 1............This R34GTT turn up for repair and tune......We try to fix some of parts........exhaust leak etc, And bit smoky from turbo already......... doesn't look nice but.......

All parts are knock off.....turbo, wastegate, and manifold.....

.....started tune on dyno.........After 2and half hours of tuning........already...another crack!!!...........

wasting time.......I will change all! Turbo, Manifold, wastegate...ALL!! Not going to be cheap anymore!!!

Civic Turbo.......stock engine 0.4 bar......200kw over enough??



And this GC8 with LINK G1.......G1~~~~~Do not like it.........Doesn't work properly!!

And Service GTR......Please change gearbox oil regularly......before you cry!!

A31 CEFIRO with RB26

This A31 Cefiro with RB26 came for tune.................However... before tuning we had to fix something to get going first( wiring) somehow.....




Because the owner of this car bought Power FC for RB26 from TRADE ME!!(support to be for RB26), but turn up with RB25 Power FC(*_*)"""""".......So engine and ECU room is RB26, but RB25DET ECU(*_*)"""confuse!!.......................... but..he want to run this way.......is this call determination?!!

RB26DET stock engine with Hol???something turbo, Z32airflow, RB26DETT engine room, and ECR33Power FC.

Anyway we spent bit time to workout, get going first and stated to tune.................However...again!! Because of his living location, cannot run with 98octane petrol....So tune with 95......well,, safe zone will be up to 1.1 bar.....otherwise too much knock.

Made over300kw at wheel 1.25 bar of boost....but leave boost at 1.1 bar around 280kw......safe!!

Previously this car made 246kw at wheel with AT, and this time is 5speed manual.!!

Good response rather than top end power?!!!

Longer the Better!??

After we built engine for this S13, she was tuned when after run in 2000k.







And made around390kw at wheel........And Today.....came for check up....after almost 20000km.



Just in case, set on dyno and check..................


Fully forged 2.0Liter engine, sleeved, and HKS-F-con V-pro.



We adjusted fuel little bit......However the result...............

Misfire at 6000rpm....still same spark plugs from run in.......need new one!! almost 20000k use...... but...We didn't have any(*_*)""""" well, leave it to the owner.....hehe!

So longer run in is Better???


Still 2Liter and pump gas tho.!!!
