Need To retune......!!

These two car was tuned while ago by somewhere somebody.....we do not know when but....both car have fake products.....Fuel pump, FPR, blow off, etc tec....when the car had a tune was fine but..after short time....car is not running well anymore...... running shit! too rich or lean(cause of fuel pump or FPR), no boost(mainly from blow off or leak from intercooler, pipng cramp etc etc..)....at least.....those parts are better to be a genuine..........less trouble and save up your money as well!

It's time to open

550kw over at wheel, abused for 2years.........this R32GTR engine is now time to open....Nothing major things happened, but it's overhaul time.

The bore is still clean...

Main bearing is still is good conditions, looks we can use it again?........

However...the conrod bigend bearing is.........almost!!!

Need new parts!!!

HKS BLOW OFF VALVES!!

Another fake product...... cause of lots of trouble............................Leaking boost all the times, even on boost, ..........................just stay away from these crap knock off products(looks good but).

SUBARU STI with MOTEC ECU

This 2006 SUBARU turn up for tuning......previously this car has engine trouble, so the car comes with new engine with high flow turbo.

We started tuning...however...misfire at 4500rpm on load(1.3 bar of boost). Quickly we changed ignition coil(common trouble for this vehicle) and start tune again. Next miss at over 5500rpm!!

Look at logging........ECU was picking up noise from crank sensor?!!...

We changed to factory ECU, but didn't miss at all!! So is that MOTEC ECU is too sensitive ??!!

Apperentry, we heard that many people have this troble with MOTEC ECU.

We changed few set up on MOTEC, modified wiring bit and started to tune again.......Next! the injector was max!

Fit new injector(SARD 2 holes, made for this vehicle) and pump, Finally we've go result....over 260kw at wheel, 1.45 bar of boost. ..Good now! But still need adjustment for other things..MOTEC!!!

P510 bluebird turn up for tune.........



This car has SR20det stock engine with Garrett 2871 turbo and power FC..

Up to 1.2 bar of boost, but 230kw at wheel is good enough for this old body. Fun to drive!!!

Another Trouble!

The Trouble maker R35GTR.....this time(Been long time but) noise from front. This noise comes from back of engine and vibrate whole car...because of ..........

You can push and it's move by hand!

This shaft has big play!!!


And spring is lose too...

The bearing is moving(out of housing) making noise and vibration!

Especially the car is 2007~2009model, almost 100%, the car has this problem(this car is 2008 and only 24000km) , better to change whole cover assemble.

We use parts from latest model(2011), the parts has been improved(have to be!!! $100,000car tho)

This car was going good but has same problem too!

NEW ENGINE ON PROGRESS.!

This Time..........All TOMEI parts 2.8liter special!!!

Tomei 2.8 strocker crank, piston ,rod,camshaft,spring, lifter, Oil pump,Gasket set, NISMO bearing, etc etc........

RB25DET with LINK G4 High flow turbo version

Another LINK ECU tune.....this time RB25DET stock engine, 500(Subaru injectors), high flow turbo, intercooler, exhaust, airfilter and LINK G4 ECU.


This high flow turbo made boost creep from 0.6bar to 1.1 bar at end.....So we fook up to Link boost controller to made boost 1.05 bar from 3500rpm to end....!!!

Result just over 270kw at wheel......good result from just highflow turbo......need to fix boost creep....

Since we open this year....almost everyday......we tune LINK G4....support NZ MADE products !!
Anyway this S13 was bit hassle to tune..... misfre, inter cooler pipe was popping out, wiring,etc etc


And this blow off valve was giving us a bit headache......not shut properly! Is this genuine??? parts???

Fix one by one.......finally we've got result....over246kw at wheel 1.2 bar of boost

Not but at all from stock engine!
