C33 Laurel with RB26 Drift spec!!!!??

The season started(drift), this car need to tune to make for Battle!!?

This C33 Nissan Laurel has RB26dett engine with Garrett GT3540/.84 housing.

This Rb26 engine is stock bottom end(over 120,000km), Tomei Poncam type-B, gasket, injector and LINK G4 ECU to control.

Bit aggressive looking!!

We had little trouble with starting(wiring), but this car made 420kw at wheel 1.35 bar of boost!!

Not but at all for over 120k motor....but put boost down to 1 bar 370kw for safe???

                                      And this R32 with RB30 engine need to be tuned as well......however ....one cylinder is lower compression (*_*)""""but wanna go for battle !!!?? Lots of smoke come from catch tank.....Well...........we'll try up to 1.2 bar at least!!?

This car still making over 370 kw at wheel.........yes you can go for battle.....hope last for whole day....

AE86...4AG with.......

 Well this AE86 isn't running well........Look decent set up tho, 4 throttle, exhaust manifold, camshaft, and Microtech(*_*)"""ECU etc, however  we couldn't even run on Dyno properly..... 80kw max.......sad.....
Hard to start, misfire, slow response, can't be bother to driving around.

And we look around our work shop......spare ECU(F-con, any decent ECU will do but we got spare!) S15 coil set.........So may-be we can do sequential set up???

We could use 4AG modified distributor but not good looking???....so go with 4AGZE CAS.....

                                              Start now!! It's totally diffrent response !!!

HONDA TURBO POWER...B18T

Two HONDA DC2 turn up for tuning, both car has turbo set up with LINK G4 engine management.

This black DC2 has Garrett turbo, cam, stock head gasket, etc with LINK G4 storm ECU

And waste spark set up with AEM pickup sensor to avoid misfire on boost.

Slowly increase boost. However no miss at all!!! And this car made over 300kw at wheel 20spi of boost.

Good job!!!

And we have another DC2 similar set up, but still with factory distributor.

                          As we expected?? misfire at over 0.7bar  of boost.....but making over 190kw already!

May-be you can use similar set up from black car....No misfire and ..will make over300kw!!!

A31 Cefiro with 1JZ turbo...

Every day we see new car, different set up.....good  fun!!! Today we have a NISSAN CEFIRO with TOYOTA 1JZGTE engine!!!.

We saw few set up with TOYOTA body with NISSAN engine.......this car is new set up!!.

Look natural?? Yes exhaust and intake is otherway around from Nissan engine, but this is nice fit.

This car has, TOYOTA 1JZ GET stock engine, front mount, injector, pump, turbo(do not know what sort of size but (not noo big), and LINK G4(NISSAN PLUG IN RB) to control!! So using NISSAN engine room harness and ECU to controll TOYOTA engine!

Anyway this car was all straight forward to tune....no drama(only boost set up took bit time).

Nice Power curve!

And response is not too but at all!!

Made over 300kw at wheel, 1.5bar of boost....But 280kw 1.25 bar for safe?(stock engine).

YELLOW PERIL

Is yellow lucky colour? This EVO9  has stock engine with full exhaust system, air filter, fuel pump, pump replay and LINK G4 ECU.

Looks nothing special,,,,, However the car made 254kw at wheel, 1.6 bar of boost,. That's almost 400hp at flywheel. Not but all,  and every components may reach close to the limit??! 


                                                                                       AND

This Yellow S15, Whole stock engine with GT-RS turbo, injector, exmani, exhaust, airfilter, Z32 airflow and Power FC.

Also made 254kw at wheel, 1.28 bar of boost(still stock gasket). Around 380hp at fly wheel.

These two cars made bit more than the other cars with similar set up.....WHY?????Because they are Yellow???!!!!

The Triple Concrete mixer........

Not really keen on concrete mixer..but have to do sometimes!!?

                               Extra sandwich for wider body kit?!(The rotor has an extra sandwich too).....It should be OK  for this power!!??(Do not know yet but  guess??!!!)

This car here.....has three rotors...with big hairdryer...what are you going to do with this car??? 

We couldn't even do power run, well,,, need to fix tuning then( special occasion only!!)?

 We do not do many HONDA's,  but check this engine out before modify??

Well, this engine need full overhaul........with New piston, rod, and camshaft as well??( not really need them!!??)......But I know.... HONDA engine.....Don't muck around too much......Otherwise.... go worst than factory...!!??

Water Methanol........

This R34GTR made around 350kw at wheel with stock bottom end, 2860turbo and Tomei poncam, Power FC tuned.

Any other way to get more power with easily???


This AEM water meth system is spraying mix (water and methanol) into intake pipe, basically cool down air temp with more combustion power.
Compare from pump 98 gas, ignition timing alone can be advanced more.......


With same boost, 30~40kw gain from 98 pump gas.

In this case be try up to 1.6 bar with stock gasket???? 425 kw at wheel. Not but with this set up tho... But......... How long will engine last???...... No one knows!!!!
