EVO 4 stock internal with GT3030 /.82.

This EVO4 has stock engine with 700cc injectors, pump, reg, and LINK G4 engine management.

The turbo is Garrett GT3030(3037), 0.82, with nice look SINCO  exhaust manifold.

Very nice finished manifold.

And this car made just over 300kw at four wheel, 1.5 bar of boost. Yes still stock internal, put boost down a bit for safe?

JZX100 CHASER 2JZ stock with single turbo....

This red Chaser turn up for tuning, the engine has been upgraded ? to 2JZ single set up.

Full stock internal with Masterpower? turbo. We had a trouble with aftermarket(Chinese) throttle body to fix(air leak from shaft, not close properly, TPS adaptor is moving around etc)...well better solution is change it to some decent product, however not enough time to do it. So quick fix and start to tune.   

Well made over 370kw at wheel, 1.5 bar of boost not but at all.!! However it can be improve with high quality parts including turbo intercooler etc and...... need some extra Indian curry power....not sweets(^_^)""" ????

Time for new engine? This time the clients would like to use CP piston end Eagle conrod combinations.

Fake Air Flow Metwer 300ZX 22680-30P00

I knew that it's not gonna work, here is another fake product, 300ZX airflow meters!

Looks similar but this is not going to work properly, it will harm your engine!

RB25DE+ Turbonetic turbo!

RB25DET is getting expensive, however DE is still cheap??So we have SR DE+T how about RB25DE+T?

This R32Skyline has RB25DE+T engine, ALL stock internal plus Turbonetic turbo.

Controlled by LINK G4 ECU, 550icc injector, etc.

Look like similar size with T3/T4, but slightly bigger??

Here is the result, not much different from DET then!

Over 320kw at wheel, 1.15 bar of boost! Not but all with 98 pump gas tho.

However, we do not know how long it will last with Drifting??!!!

S13 SR20DET BLACK TOP with TOMEI ARMS 7960 TURBO.

Here is another SR20 engine with TOMEI turbo.

This car has 140,000km stock engine, bit risky? but let's try.

Again Tomei bolt on turbo with Poncam, injector and pump.

And here is the result, normally stock T25 turbo will make 180~190kw at wheel at 1.2 bar of boost.

With this set up, almost 100hp at engine gain.

around 380~400HP at engine.

Here is the another option.

Garrett 2871-R vs TOMEI M7960 turbo

This S14 has been running with Garrett 2871-R turbo, the engine has piston and camshaft as well.

However this turbo, the boost is dropping with rpm increase.

Solution?!!try some other turbo?

So we got this TOMEI ARMS M7960 turbo from Tomei Japan as a testimony?

See What is the differences?

As you know this turbo comes with all you need, turbo, gasket, water and oil hose, piping etc.

And we tested with same car, same engine same dyno, just change turbo and compare.

Tomei turbo is slightly lager, however this is not ball bearing turbo.

And this is the result!

As we expected that response is slower than Garrett. Around 40hp at wheel more at peak, at almost same rpm.

Boost response is slower, however steady till top.

We have another option!!

JZX100 with TOMEI TURBO and CAMSHAFT.

Fresh rebuilt engine(stock internal) with TOMEI M8280 bolt on turbo,and camshaft.

It's ready for tune!

This car has Power FC Ljetro engine management, good things with Power FC on this model is that you can control cam timing as well, nice to tune with larger turbo like this set up.  

This is bolt on Turbo, so no mess! I like it!!!

And result is...

Over 300kw at wheel 1.45 bar of boost(around 450hp at engine), and 280kw at 1.1 bar.

The air flow meter is almost max in this stage, however it's better to have it, especially driving on street mainly.

Best boost is around 1.2~1.3 bar for this set up, 280~290kw at wheel.

Good result!!!

This is 3 litter 6 cylinder engine from Legacy, look very natural and sound very nice!!! Also very sharp on response as well!!

Engine control by LINK G4 extreme ECU,5MT and made over 165kw at 4wheel!

Actually it's very nice to drive!
