R32GTR V-spec N1 power check(full stock)

 

Not many of N1 spec GTR around, however we have one here now!!!

Just in case power check with full stock car.

 

 

As you can see, all stock. This car has full stock 26engine 96,000km with N1 turbo, stock boost is only 0.85 bar! So the car is bit ?laggy (full boost at 5500rpm)(+_+)''' 

 

 

As we expected, 180kw at wheel. It's good to know the staring point??!!

 

 

NISSAN PATROL, SAFARI with RB25DET Neo

 

This un usual car turn up for tuning, NISSAN Patrol or Safari.

Normally this car has diesel engine, however the engine has been change to RB25DET neo. 

Even change spark plug is bit mission, but this car made from diesel 86kw engine to..... over 230kw at wheel! well done.. BUT   How is the driving like?

Still Making Power?!!

This EK civic came for tuning....however engine sound is bit strange?!

Just in case check this car before we set can on Dyno.

Engine compression wasn't equally, but no smoke, nose...So let's do it!!?

Anyway started to and tune easily first, took little bit time but this car is still making over 130kw at wheel. If engine is healthy....will make over 140kw.....HONDA Engine is...strong!!!  

Altezza SXE10 with GT3076 turbo.

This TOYOTA Altezza came for tuning, previously this car made over270kw at wheel, and this time the engine has been upgraded with lager turbo. 

 New GT3076/.64 turbo with camshaft?, 1000cc, airflow, forged internal and Apexi Power FC ECU.

With VVTi control, this turbo is full boost at 4500rpm, good response with 2liter engine.Also power is keep up to the end.

Over 350kw at wheel, 1.65 bar of boost, 310kw at 1 bar of boost.

This is one of the good example for turbo Altezza, good power even at 1 bar of boost!!

2.8L kit with GTX42 turbo(smaller version for response!), camshaft, 1200cc, single throttle, plenum etc. etc.

And HKS F-con Vpro ver 3.3.

This car is still run with pump gas.......and plus doping??!!We do not know the formula for this doping fuel, but there is something in, and it's works, but differently  not full E85.

This bitch is very angry...too much doping!!!

JUN CAMSHAFT

This EVO6 previously made just over 300kw at wheel.

But..wanna get little bit more......easiest solution??

Change camshaft from260to JUN 272 IN&EX

Changing camshaft is not difficult job but this time we had a trouble with hydraulic adjusters. It doesn't push back....even cleaned...well... just put new one then. 

Anyway put camshaft in and retune. This car run with POWER FC D-jetro.

compare with 1.5 bar of boost purple and green line, over 30kw at wheel gain just from the camshaft.

and this car made over 325kw at wheel on 1.78 bar of boost.

Is this enough? good for now,!!

EVO 4 stock internal with GT3030 /.82.

This EVO4 has stock engine with 700cc injectors, pump, reg, and LINK G4 engine management.

The turbo is Garrett GT3030(3037), 0.82, with nice look SINCO  exhaust manifold.

Very nice finished manifold.

JZX100 CHASER 2JZ stock with single turbo....

This red Chaser turn up for tuning, the engine has been upgraded ? to 2JZ single set up.

Full stock internal with Masterpower? turbo. We had a trouble with aftermarket(Chinese) throttle body to fix(air leak from shaft, not close properly, TPS adaptor is moving around etc)...well better solution is change it to some decent product, however not enough time to do it. So quick fix and start to tune.   

Well made over 370kw at wheel, 1.5 bar of boost not but at all.!! However it can be improve with high quality parts including turbo intercooler etc and...... need some extra Indian curry power....not sweets(^_^)""" ????

Time for new engine? This time the clients would like to use CP piston end Eagle conrod combinations.
