Testing with production car



Test four type of fuel.

Today we tested four type of fuel..............BP98, elf racing, AVgas, and Gull biomix.
Our testing vehicle is EVO production car with small restrictor on turbo's(32mm??).
To make equal condition, we adjusted mixture ratio in same level....
And start to check and tune.....................Amazing Amazing......
Result....................I can't tell you right now, but....................give you a hint......
Don't need to pay much money........(^_^) hehe...

This week(month)is very very busy..............and today I did change clutch for FORD van on the floor......................didn't want to see this but.....It's just broken in front of our workshop.... what can I say......Any way Just do it.............. well easy to do......than expected(^_^)'

Today, we tuned silver R32GTR with Garett GT2860R-10 which is similar size of HKS GT-RS turbo.
Made a good power but injector(700cc)was running out at 1.55bar over 6500rev(*_*)'.........This turbo needs 800cc at least.
It's almost the same power and response from HKS GT-RS twin set up.......($$$ is much less but....*-* ).....
However.....GT2530 is still the best much with RB26 I recon.............What do you think??? Which turbo is the same with 2530 from garett??(^0^)''

How much more power you can get from taking airflow mater out??
Today we have a R34GTR( engine is full stock internal) with F-con Vpro . Tune with 1.2bar of boost , just compare with power FC boost up with air flow type, ( same timing and mixture).
Both cars are almost the same modifications, just exhaust, airfilters and computer only.

About 14kw at wheel different and torque as well, this may from resistance of airflow meters??.

Airflow less type(map sensor) is good for top power, however airflow meter type can be good for any conditions(winter or summer, high or low altitude, fuel economy , good accel responce at low rev etc. etc).....


If your car is street use mainly, airlow type is better I recon..... but power is temptating also.......(this time made almost 300kw from standard engine)Just boost up!!!...(^_^)..What do you recon???

Getting thiner every year.

We got new catalog with shipment today.................just look at major Japanese parts makers catalog.............
Every year, they are getting thiner and thiner... Especially Apex is less than half from last issue......no exciting stuff from HKS as well(*_*)'
But Blitz is keeping thickness every year............Let's look at catalog first................ lots of new patrs but........................too many bling bling stuff...........like a mobil phone alike boost controller..etc....Maybe not my style.......(^_^)

Garett TO4Z(not HKS)

Today, we tuned this Black R32GTR, fully rebuild engine with Garett to4z hairdryer.
This car run with power FC air flow type and fully equiped(sound system, aircon etc).
Exhaust sound very angry at idle(conrete mixer sound) and quiet engine(no cam noise).
Result............435kw at four wheel, 1.65bar of boost, 426kw at 1.5bar.,,
It's feel like a rocket.....If you like this (rocket)feeling, this turbo is the one to choose,(cheper than H**???) Maybe smaller exhaust housing is berrer response??(^_^)"
